is a global practice of
alternative privatization.

The state is interested in implementing PFI projects, since cooperation of this format allows:

transfer to the private sector almost all the risks of the design, construction and operational stages of the construction of industrial and social infrastructure;

to cover the lack of budget funds, promotes the use of innovative technologies;

allows you to move from direct public administration to state management;
